All payments should be made in UK Pounds Sterling (£ – GBP) either by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
For payment by bank transfer, customer should ensure any local country charges are paid, transfer reference should be your customer code which you will find on the top right of the invoice, e.g. WILL01, XAST23, please don’t put anything else.
For international payments by credit card, we reserve the right to recover the bank’s handling charge: 2.5 – 4.0% of the invoice total depending on card used.
Any parts returned will only be accepted for credit if received within 28 days of the invoiced date and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. They should be used, in original packaging and with no damage or marks.
Returns form and instructions can be downloaded.
Any direct deliveries or specially ordered parts cannot be returned for credit.
Post Office First Class / Special Delivery by request only otherwise all parts will be shipped with DHL or UPS Domestic.
There are restrictions because of weight, size or value, but by all means, specify your preference when ordering.
All International Orders will be shipped using the below couriers, where requested we will use a specific courier if that works better for your destination, if not specified we will use the courier from our experience delivers to your location for the best value and reliability. Insurance is added to the invoice at 1% of the parts total.

VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 20% for all UK orders, there is no VAT on Technical Manuals.
There is no VAT charged on International Orders to the EU or ROW, please note the destination country may/will charge Import Duty and or Local Taxes at the time of importation, the recipient is 100% responsible for the payment of these taxes. Should a shipment get held up in customs then please get in touch and we will do our best to help with any additional paperwork required.
Electronic versions of the invoice are upload when the shipment is booked in with the courier to enable the shipment to be pre-cleared by customs prior to leaving the UK and “hopefully” to speed up the import process at the destination.
